Your information.
Clear responsibilities.
This notice explains information handled by McSquare Software LLC for the WRITVERO website, customer portal, inquiries, onboarding, software account administration, and subscription billing.
Effective date: October 2, 2026.
1. Information you provide
When you contact WRITVERO or prepare and send a demo inquiry, you may provide your name, business, email, phone, role, team size, package interest, demonstration preferences, and message. Preparing the public demo-request text happens in your browser; it is sent to us only when you send the email or otherwise contact us.
Customer account and onboarding records may include business and contact details, plan and subscription status, start and renewal dates, license or installation identifiers, installation URL, enabled modules, onboarding progress, support communications, and related administrative notes. Authentication uses password-verification records; do not send passwords or payment-card details by email.
2. Billing information and Stripe
WRITVERO subscription payments are processed using Stripe. When you use Stripe payment services, Stripe receives the payment details submitted to it under its own Privacy Policy. We may receive information needed to administer your order, such as billing contact details, payment or subscription status, transaction records, and Stripe customer or subscription identifiers.
Billing for your business’s own process-serving clients is a separate workflow. If your installation uses PayPal or another provider for those invoices, the provider receives information according to your configuration and its own terms and privacy notice.
3. Website logs and essential cookies
Hosting and security systems may record ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, requested page, and security-related events. The customer portal uses session functionality needed for sign-in and authenticated access.
The public website files in this release do not include advertising trackers or behavioral-profiling scripts. Stripe and any external service you choose to open may use their own cookies and processing practices. If optional analytics or additional data collection is introduced, the notice and any required choices must be updated to reflect that practice.
4. How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, arrange demonstrations, qualify and onboard customers, administer accounts and licensed modules, confirm installation access, communicate about orders and billing, handle support, maintain business records, and operate and secure the website and portal.
We use account and subscription information to administer WRITVERO access. A demo inquiry is not permission to charge you or to send outreach on behalf of your business. Do not include unnecessary private assignment documents or sensitive personal information in a public demo inquiry.
5. Your customer-controlled installation
Standard WRITVERO installations keep operational records on hosting controlled by the subscribing business. That business is responsible for the client, case, service-address, attempt, affidavit, document, photo, location, evidence, and payment records it collects and uses, together with its access controls, notices, backups, and retention obligations.
The WRITVERO customer portal is an account and onboarding hub; it is separate from a process-serving business’s assignment-status portal. Operational files are not submitted through the public demo form. If you provide diagnostic information or authorize installation access for support, we use that information within the requested support scope and any separate agreement.
For questions about an assignment or personal information held by a process-serving business using WRITVERO, contact that business directly. This notice does not replace the business’s own privacy notice or its duties to its service clients and other individuals.
6. Sharing and third parties
Information may be handled by hosting and email providers, payment providers such as Stripe, and technical or professional advisers as needed to operate WRITVERO, administer an order, resolve support issues, meet legal obligations, or protect security and legitimate business interests. Providers and advisers receive information appropriate to their role.
Information may also be disclosed where required by valid legal process or applicable law. If a business or product transaction involves personal information, the disclosure and any subsequent use remain subject to applicable law, confidentiality arrangements, and appropriate notices.
The information described in this notice is not offered for sale as a standalone data product or shared by this public website for targeted advertising. Links to external services do not make their data practices part of WRITVERO’s own policy.
7. Retention and security
Inquiry, account, order, billing, and support records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including accounting, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Closing an account or requesting deletion may not remove records that must be retained for those purposes.
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used for information associated with the website and customer-account process. No internet, hosting, or email system can guarantee complete security. Protect your credentials, limit access to your own installation, and maintain backups and record-retention procedures.
8. Choices, requests and contact
Contact support@writvero.com to ask about information you supplied to McSquare Software LLC, request a correction, request deletion where appropriate, or ask about applicable access or privacy rights. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where law or legitimate recordkeeping or security needs require it.
You can choose not to send a demo inquiry and can avoid supplying optional fields. Essential session functionality is needed to use authenticated portal features. Requests concerning payment-provider data may also need to be directed to the provider, and requests about records held by a process-serving business should be directed to that business.
9. Updates to this notice
This notice will be updated when the website, portal, billing arrangements, or data practices change materially. The effective date will identify the current version, and any additional notice required by applicable law will be provided.
