Your operation.
Your controlled installation.
WRITVERO uses a portable PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON/file-storage model. Standard installations keep business records in customer-controlled hosting, with private files outside the public web root.
Your WRITVERO account and your service clients.
WRITVERO Customer Portal
Sign in at writvero.com/portal/ to view your plan, account status, licensed modules, onboarding progress, and installation access. New customers use the one-time temporary password supplied during onboarding and create a permanent password before entering the portal.
The portal is your software account hub. It is separate from the assignment-status page used by your process-serving clients.
Customer Login →Your customer installation
Your process-serving business uses its own WRITVERO installation for assignment operations, files, evidence, affidavits, and client-safe status. Your business controls user access, operational records, backups, and the third-party services it enables.
Core, Review, Dispatch, and Outreach access follows your purchased package and configured entitlements. Support coordinates changes to your licensed capabilities.
Software subscription billing is separate from assignment invoicing.
Paying McSquare Software LLC for WRITVERO is a different transaction from billing your own process-serving clients.
| Workflow | Purpose | Account responsibility |
|---|---|---|
| WRITVERO subscription · Stripe | Your Core, Operations, or Enterprise subscription and agreed onboarding charges. | Payment and renewal terms are provided with your accepted WRITVERO order. Customer account and activation status are confirmed during onboarding. |
| Assignment invoicing · optional PayPal | Invoices your business issues to its own service clients, when configured. | Your business supplies and controls its PayPal account, credentials, invoice review, and client billing terms. |
| Optional route / email / SMS services | Features such as Google Routes mileage, SMTP email, or configured messaging. | Customer-owned credentials and separate provider terms or usage charges apply unless a written order includes them. |
Check the customer deployment.
Confirm compatible PHP hosting, HTTPS, private-folder protection, authentication, backups, and the credentials for selected integrations. Test the enabled workflow with fictional assignment data before using customer records.
Camera and location features also depend on browser permissions and device support. Operators review evidence records and generated documents.
Keep the service scope clear.
Standard support covers reasonable email assistance, bug reports, documentation, and standard updates. Data migration, custom integrations, custom development, managed hosting, and extensive live training require a separate agreement.
The current file-storage model should be evaluated for your assignment volume and concurrency. A shared multi-tenant service or database migration is a separate architecture decision.
Discuss your setup before subscribing.
A focused demo and onboarding discussion establish the package, hosting requirements, integrations, and agreed service scope.
