Website &
subscription terms.
General terms for the WRITVERO website, customer portal, software subscriptions, and related services supplied by McSquare Software LLC.
Effective date: October 3, 2026.
1. What these terms cover
These terms describe use of the public WRITVERO website and customer portal and the general framework for WRITVERO subscriptions. McSquare Software LLC provides WRITVERO. Your accepted written order, subscription agreement, and any separately agreed service scope specify the commercial details of your purchase and control if they differ from general website descriptions.
A demonstration request is an inquiry. It does not enroll you in a paid plan, authorize a charge, or transfer software ownership. Before payment, you must be given the package, price, onboarding charges, billing cadence, renewal arrangement, cancellation and refund terms, and applicable taxes or separate charges for the order you accept.
2. Accounts and authorized use
Use accurate business and contact information, protect account credentials, and limit installation access to authorized users. New portal customers receive a one-time temporary password and must create a permanent password before portal access. Contact support@writvero.com if credentials are lost or account access appears unauthorized.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website or another installation, introduce malicious code, misuse private records, or use WRITVERO for unlawful activity. You are responsible for your users and the business records and instructions you enter.
3. Packages, entitlements and software use
Core is the operating foundation. Operations includes Core plus Review and Dispatch. Enterprise includes Operations plus Outreach. Access to optional capabilities depends on the package or additional entitlements identified in your accepted order and configured for your installation.
A subscription gives the authorized business the internal-use software access described in its accepted license or order while that entitlement is valid. It does not transfer ownership of WRITVERO source code, branding, domains, or product assets, or grant a right to resell, distribute, or sublicense them. Separate written acquisition or licensing agreements may provide different rights. McSquare Software LLC and the respective third-party rights holders retain their applicable intellectual-property rights.
4. Fees, onboarding and recurring billing
Published standard software prices are Core $49/month, Operations $99/month, and Enterprise $149/month. Published one-time standard onboarding charges are $199, $299, and $399 respectively. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes, customer hosting, and third-party service or API charges are separate unless your written order includes them.
WRITVERO software subscription payments use Stripe. Your order and checkout or payment confirmation identify the amounts and recurring-billing authorization you accept. Submission of a demo inquiry or creation of a portal record is not, by itself, permission to charge you. A price change or upgrade is governed by the notice and agreement requirements applicable to your subscription; revised website copy does not retroactively change an accepted order. A portal record change, status change, deletion, or module selection does not by itself cancel or modify Stripe billing or change installation entitlements. Billing and entitlement changes must be processed and verified separately.
5. Founding 5 offer
The first five accepted Founding 5 customers may receive WRITVERO Enterprise at $99/month with standard onboarding included, in return for practical product feedback. Eligibility and acceptance are confirmed by McSquare Software LLC; an inquiry alone does not reserve a place.
The $99/month Founding 5 rate remains locked while the account remains continuously current and in good standing. If the account becomes delinquent, lapses, or is cancelled, the protected Founding 5 rate is forfeited. Any later reactivation is subject to the then-current standard plan and pricing.
6. Renewal, cancellation, refunds and payment issues
Subscriptions renew automatically month-to-month until cancelled. Request cancellation or billing help by emailing support@writvero.com from the contact email associated with your account and identifying your business. Use a provider billing-management link as well if one has been supplied for your subscription. Keep the written confirmation of the effective cancellation date and remaining access period.
Cancellation may be requested at any time and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. No further recurring subscription charge should be scheduled after the effective cancellation date. Standard onboarding or setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding or installation work has begun. Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable after the applicable billing period begins, except for billing errors or where applicable law requires otherwise.
Unresolved or delinquent payment issues may affect licensed access under your accepted subscription terms. For a Founding 5 account, delinquency, lapse, or cancellation forfeits the protected Founding 5 rate; later reactivation is subject to the then-current standard plan and pricing. Nonpayment does not authorize erasure of your business records. Your customer-controlled installation, retention duties, backups, and record preservation remain your responsibility.
7. Hosting, integrations and operational records
Standard installations use customer-controlled hosting. Unless a written order includes a separately agreed service, you supply and pay for hosting and domain services, maintain backups and access controls, and control the third-party accounts and credentials used by your installation.
Optional assignment invoicing, including configured PayPal functionality, concerns invoices your business issues to its own clients. It is separate from paying McSquare Software LLC for WRITVERO through Stripe. Your customer invoicing, collection decisions, tax treatment, and provider accounts remain your responsibility.
Protect confidential assignment documents, evidence, and personal information. Use the appropriate legal authority and organizational procedures for collecting, storing, sharing, and retaining them. Review exports and preserve the records your business is required to maintain.
8. Included support and separately quoted work
The standard support model includes reasonable email assistance, software bug reports, documentation, standard product updates, and self-service guidance. It does not promise round-the-clock support or a particular response-time or uptime guarantee.
Custom development, custom integrations, customer-specific consulting, data migration or cleanup, extensive live training, third-party account administration, managed hosting, and troubleshooting unrelated systems require a separately agreed scope and fee. The onboarding scope for your package is stated in your order.
9. Operator review and service limits
WRITVERO assists with organization, calculations, evidence records, and draft documents. It does not provide legal representation or guarantee valid service of process, jurisdictional compliance, affidavit acceptance, verified addresses, case outcomes, or new business. Operators must verify facts, deadlines, evidence, and the wording of documents and client communications.
Outreach prepares and prioritizes work. External messages and publications require your review and action. Optional routes, camera, GPS, email, payment, and messaging features depend on device support, permissions, credentials, and the availability and terms of the relevant providers.
The website, software, and external services may be interrupted or changed. Any agreed warranty, service level, remedy, or limitation of liability is set out in the accepted subscription or service agreement. This website does not remove rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
10. Privacy, separate acquisition inquiries and changes
The Privacy Notice explains information handled for this website, WRITVERO customer accounts, inquiries, and billing administration. Your own installation and service clients also remain subject to your business’s privacy and records obligations.
The separate Acquisition information page addresses potential WRITVERO product or asset transactions. A standard software subscription does not purchase McSquare Software LLC, the WRITVERO product assets, domains, or any unrelated operating business. An acquisition requires its own definitive written agreements.
The effective date will be updated when these website terms change materially. Changes to existing paid subscriptions follow the accepted agreement and applicable notice requirements. Questions may be sent to support@writvero.com.
